在汆燙的水中加入烹大師或昆布粉等調味,這樣即便是水煮的菜餚也會很有滋味

另外就是同一鍋水記得先燙青菜再燙肉,避免肉的油脂吸附到青菜上

小小撇步卻是重要關鍵喔!
