《營養人生》🤒 感冒食療之燉水梨

喉嚨癢痛發炎,燉顆水梨做飯後水果甜湯潤肺消炎,白色食物對肺跟氣管很好,燉過的水梨也去除涼性成為溫潤的水果,把水梨天然的甜湯水喝下肚,溫溫甜甜也給心裡一點安慰

 水梨切半去核去蒂
 加一點水大約淹過水梨一半
放電鍋加兩杯水燉煮

注意:不需要加冰糖喔,加冰糖會讓痰更嚴重。我是燉好之後再淋一些果寡糖吃,當飯後甜點好滿足
