會了馬鈴薯泥,變化版的馬鈴薯蛋沙拉,其實馬鈴薯地瓜蛋沙拉就是變化版,做法一樣簡單喔!

TIP: 用牛奶跟light cheese 取代美乃滋跟奶油,一樣美味更多健康!

這次有加入蘋果、小黃瓜、水煮蛋等食材,地瓜跟馬鈴薯綜合的甜味也很特別,下次也許試試看馬鈴薯搭南瓜,應該也會很不錯,只能說鈴薯真的是一個很好相處的食材呀~大家也來試試看各種馬鈴薯料理吧!
